A r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k ezeken a p\u00e9ld\u00e1kon kereszt\u00fcl egy \u00f6sszetettebb k\u00e9pet \u00e9s meg\u00e9rt\u00e9st kaptak az \u00e9ghajlatv\u00e9delemmel kapcsolatos&nbsp;peres elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokr\u00f3l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A foglalkoz\u00e1s m\u00e1sodik fel\u00e9ben egy<strong> kl\u00edmaper<\/strong>t modellezt\u00fcnk, ami illeszkedik a magyar jogi elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokhoz. A t\u00e9ma k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontj\u00e1ban a kl\u00edmav\u00e1ls\u00e1ggal szembeni elk\u00f6telezess\u00e9g hi\u00e1nya \u00e1llt. A r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 szerepl\u0151k b\u0151r\u00e9be b\u00fajva, mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a fiatalok, a k\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9d\u0151k, a d\u00f6nt\u00e9shoz\u00f3k, v\u00e1llalatok ismertett\u00e9k \u00e9s k\u00e9pviselt\u00e9k \u00e1ll\u00e1sponjatikat. A szitu\u00e1ci\u00f3s j\u00e1t\u00e9k a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 fiatalokat&nbsp;a kritikai gondolkod\u00e1sra \u00e9s a helyi probl\u00e9m\u00e1k felt\u00e9rk\u00e9pez\u00e9s\u00e9re, megismer\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00f6szt\u00f6n\u00f6zte, valamint az azokkal szemben val\u00f3 fell\u00e9p\u00e9sre \u00e9s akt\u00edv szerepv\u00e1llal\u00e1s lehet\u0151s\u00e9geire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>English:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the second half of the 2023\/2024 academic year, Firends of the Earth Hungary started a series of interactive climate-related activities for university students across the country called &#8220;The PER&#8221;. The programme involved 7 institutions, where a total of 9 sessions were held for 132 students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme consisted of two parts &#8211; a lecture and a situation game. During the sessions, active participation was facilitated through interactive learning methods. We increased participants&#8217; knowledge and awareness of environmental policy through the presentation of international and national climate policy objectives, and the tools available to us if the strategies and regulations of policy-makers are not implemented and threaten our rights to a clean and healthy environment. Then we explored climate litigation through illustrative examples as possible courses of action to encourage decision-makers to develop and implement real solutions. Through these examples, participants gained a more complex picture and understanding of climate litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the second half of the session, we modelled a climate litigation case that was adapted to Hungarian legal procedures. The focus was on the lack of commitment to the climate crisis. The participants presented and represented their positions in the role of different actors, such as youth, environmentalists, policy-makers, companies.
